PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We accept checks , money orders, and Paypal. If you plan to pay using check or money order, make a note of it in the comments box when you place your order. Please use this address for mailing payments: Payment Address. Check and money order payments are expected to be received within 10 days of placing your order and Paypal payments are due no more than 24 hours after your order is placed. Items are not shipped until full payment has been received. This means any payments by check or eCheck must have cleared and the funds are posted to my account. Custom orders are not started until payment is received and posted to my account. 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES:

Go With The Flo products are guaranteed against defects for 90 days. If there is a defect with your purchase within the 90 day time frame, send the item back and we will replace it at no cost to you. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only given if items are returned in the original unopened package within 15 days of receiving the items. All international sales are FINAL. No exchanges, refunds, or credit may be given for International orders. These policies are subject to change at any time without notice. SHIPPING INFORMATION: We typically ship within 10 business days unless noted in the product listing. We will always notify you if a delay beyond 10 business days will occur. If you are an International customer please do not ask me to claim your order as a gift! The penalties are far too great.
